We want you to love every piece you get from Lolly. If something's not quite right, we've made returns easy and hassle-free — because your comfort and confidence matter to us.

Our 30-Day Return Promise

We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders delivered to customers in the United States. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Whether the fit wasn't perfect or you simply changed your mind, we'll take care of it.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is accepted)
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@by-lolly.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours and walk you through the next steps.

Important: Do not send any item back before receiving written confirmation from us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, we will process your refund immediately and notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 14 days for the amount to appear in your account after we have processed it.

Please note the following regarding costs:

  • No restocking fees — we never charge a restocking fee on returns
  • Original shipping cost — non-refundable in all cases
  • Return shipping cost — customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges
  • Customs or import fees — if applicable, we're responsible for all extra fees. Don't worry, the price that you pay on website is final price without surprise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@by-lolly.com with your order number and a photo of the item. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been marked as shipped. Once the order status changes to "shipped," cancellations are no longer possible and the standard return process applies.

To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at info@by-lolly.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned without prior written authorization from our team

Processing Times

Return request response: 24–48 business hours

Refund processing (after item received): Immediate — we process as soon as inspection is complete

Refund appearance on your statement: Up to 14 days depending on your bank or card issuer
