Whether you're ordering your first piece or adding another favorite to your collection, shipping costs are one thing you'll never have to worry about.

We currently serve customers across the United States only. From big cities to small towns — if you're in the U.S., we're shipping to your doorstep.

How We Fulfill Your Order

By Lolly is an international e-commerce brand. To bring you the best selection at the best prices, our products are fulfilled and shipped from supplier warehouses located in Asia and Europe, depending on which item you ordered and where stock is available at the time of your purchase.

This is standard practice for modern online fashion brands and does not affect the quality of your items, your consumer rights, or our return and refund guarantees. All orders are fully tracked from dispatch to your door.

Free Shipping — Always

All orders ship completely free to U.S. addresses. No minimum order value, no hidden fees. The price you see on our website is your final price.

We also cover all customs and import duties on your behalf. You will never be asked to pay extra charges upon delivery.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@by-lolly.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution as quickly as possible — including a replacement or full refund if your package is confirmed lost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at info@by-lolly.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
